Please be sure to include the Item Number for each item, the Shipping Cost and the Sales Tax, if applicable, so that missing information will not delay your order. - Check (by mail). You may use our online ordering system for orders which will be paid by check. At checkout, select the “Check via mail” payment option. - Credit Card Online Payment. The fastest and easiest way to order our products is using our secure online payment checkout system. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.
All domestic, non-express orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and delivery. Delivery time may be extended during peak periods, which include but are not limited to April – June and August – October. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if packages are refused.
Expedited shipping/handling: Available at an additional charge, which will be shown during checkout online. Please feel free to use the online store to determine shipping costs even if you are not placing the order online.
Orders shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States: shipping options and costs will be shown during checkout online.
