As early learners graduate from learning colors and shapes to more advanced theories and associating characters with characteristics – we’ve created this series to incorporate the animals associated with The Six Pillars of Character. They’re a great way to award students for their behavior and to share as part of the learning process of the Pillars (50 per Pillar).

• Purchase Order. Please fax your purchase order to 310-846-4858, or email it to customerservice@charactercounts.org. Please be sure to include the Item Number for each item, the Shipping Cost and the Sales Tax, if applicable, so that missing information will not delay your order. You can get the shipping costs and options by placing your items into a cart and then entering your delivery address in the Checkout page. Please do not actually place the order online.

• Check (by mail). You may use our online ordering system for orders which will be paid by check. At checkout, select the “Check via mail” payment option. • Credit Card Online Payment. The fastest and easiest way to order our products is using our secure online payment checkout system. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.

Shipping Information

All domestic, non-express orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and delivery. Delivery time may be extended during peak periods, which include but are not limited to April – June and August – October. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if packages are refused.

Expedited shipping/handling: Available at an additional charge, which will be shown during checkout online. Please feel free to use the online store to determine shipping costs even if you are not placing the order online.

Orders shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States: shipping options and costs will be shown during checkout online. Please contact Customer Service if your credit card was issued outside the United States and the online store is unable to accept it. PLEASE NOTE: All customs, brokerage and/or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please be aware of expenses incurred when receiving materials.
