Shipping Information

All domestic, non-express orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery. Delivery time may be extended during peak periods, which include but are not limited to April – June and August – October. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if packages are refused.

PLEASE NOTE: All customs, brokerage and/or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please be aware of expenses incurred when receiving materials. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if packages are refused.

Expedited Shipping/Handling

Available at an additional charge, which will be shown during checkout online. Please feel free to use the online store to determine shipping costs even if you are not placing the order online.
