The Josephson Exemplary Policing Initiative is a division of The Robert D. and Billie Ray Center at Drake University. Its mission is to improve the effectiveness and ethical quality of policing agencies based on the Josephson Exemplary Policing Framework and Six Pillars of Character.

All domestic, non-express orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery. Delivery time may be extended during peak periods, which include but are not limited to April – June and August – October. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if packages are refused.
