    The digital Ebook includes a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable limited-use site license. The site license allows you to use the product year over year at no additional cost. It is required to purchase 1 license per educator/user. Customers agree to terms and conditions at checkout.

For products purchased directly from Drake University/CHARACTER COUNTS!, credit card payment is the fastest and easiest way to order. Securely pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Please note, credit card statements will state processing by “Drake Uni Ray Center.”

All domestic, non-express orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery. Delivery time may be extended during peak periods, which include but are not limited to April – June and August – October. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if packages are refused.

Shipping costs are subject to change. Additional charges may be incurred based on products ordered, product weight, or shipment location. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@charactercounts.org for school-wide or district order shipping quotes.
