For products purchased directly from Drake University/CHARACTER COUNTS!, credit card payment is the fastest and easiest way to order. Securely pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Please note, credit card statements will state processing by “Drake Uni Ray Center.”

1. Complete/upload Purchase Order Details form in Checkout or email purchase order to customerservice@charactercounts.org.
2. Make checks payable to: Drake University
3. Please mail payment to: Drake University, CHARACTER COUNTS!, 2507 University Ave., Des Moines, IA 50311

All domestic, non-express orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery. Delivery time may be extended during peak periods, which include but are not limited to April – June and August – October. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if packages are refused.

Shipping costs are subject to change. Additional charges may be incurred based on products ordered, product weight, or shipment location. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@charactercounts.org for school-wide or district order shipping quotes.
