TAX EXEMPT Tax is charged for California orders only. If you are tax exempt we are required to have a copy of your tax exemption certificate. Please upload your tax exemption certificate at the bottom of the Checkout page. If your online order tax is incorrect, please email us to place your order and submit your exemption certificate to customerservice@charactercounts.org.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@charactercounts.org to request a quote/place an order with international (non-U.S.), Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO/DPO shipping rates. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout for orders within the contiguous 48 states. Orders under $100 may have higher shipping/handling fees. Please feel free to contact Customer Service for a custom shipping and handling quote.
