  • Shirts require additional processing time and will be sent directly from our apparel partner, separate from the rest of your order.

  • Please provide the desired date to have the order arrive. Please allow 10-14 business days for production after proof approval.

  • Select one (1) preferred t-shirt design. See design options in the product images.
  • *Only available for designs marked as Customizable. If selecting a customizable design, enter school/organization name - up to 24 characters.
  • Select between the economical Standard, 100% cotton t-shirt or the Premium, cotton/poly blend t-shirt.
  • Please note, we recommend choosing a dark colored shirt for one-color, white designs and a light colored shirt for dark colored designs. Consultation and proofs will be provided prior to placing an order. If selecting multiple colors, then please provide quantity breakdowns in the Order Requests & Comments section. See t-shirt color options in the product images.

  • Youth Size Quantities

    Please enter the estimated quantity for each size. Additional sizes available upon request in the Order Requests & Comments section. The total order quantity must be a minimum of 24 shirts.

Credit Card

For products purchased directly from Drake University/CHARACTER COUNTS!, credit card payment is the fastest and easiest way to order. Securely pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Please note, credit card statements will state processing by “Drake Uni Ray Center.”

Purchase Order (PO)

  1. Complete/upload Purchase Order Details form in Checkout or email purchase order to customerservice@charactercounts.org.
  2. Make checks payable to: Drake University
  3. Please mail payment to: Drake University, CHARACTER COUNTS!, 2507 University Ave., Des Moines, IA 50311

All domestic, non-express orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery. Delivery time may be extended during peak periods, which include but are not limited to April – June and August – October. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if packages are refused.

Shipping costs are subject to change. Additional charges may be incurred based on products ordered, product weight, or shipment location. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@charactercounts.org for school-wide or district order shipping quotes.

International, Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, DPO

All customs, brokerage and/or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please be aware of expenses incurred when receiving materials. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if packages are refused.

Expedited Shipping/Handling

Available at an additional charge, which will be shown during checkout online. Please feel free to use the online store to determine shipping costs even if you are not placing the order online.

Items are subject to availability and may be discontinued or redesigned without notice. Items on back order will be shipped and invoiced separately upon availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices may exceed direct production costs. This helps the nonprofit CHARACTER COUNTS! defray other expenses, including those related to production.
