As a member of the CHARACTER COUNTS! Coalition, you’ll join the company of an alliance of schools, districts, youth-serving organizations, businesses, and communities that are committed to spreading the message of character education using the CHARACTER COUNTS! framework and teaching the Six Pillars of Character.
There are three levels of membership – Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Pricing is based on which level you choose and the size of your organization.

Credit Card
For products purchased directly from Drake University/CHARACTER COUNTS!, credit card payment is the fastest and easiest way to order. Securely pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Please note, credit card statements will state processing by “Drake Uni Ray Center.”
Purchase Order (PO)
All domestic, non-express orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery. Delivery time may be extended during peak periods, which include but are not limited to April – June and August – October. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if packages are refused.
Shipping costs are subject to change. Additional charges may be incurred based on products ordered, product weight, or shipment location. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@charactercounts.org for school-wide or district order shipping quotes.
International, Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, DPO

All customs, brokerage and/or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please be aware of expenses incurred when receiving materials. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if packages are refused.
Expedited Shipping/Handling
Available at an additional charge, which will be shown during checkout online. Please feel free to use the online store to determine shipping costs even if you are not placing the order online.
Items are subject to availability and may be discontinued or redesigned without notice. Items on back order will be shipped and invoiced separately upon availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices may exceed direct production costs. This helps the nonprofit CHARACTER COUNTS! defray other expenses, including those related to production.
